Misty Decker joined IBM in 1991 and has held a variety of roles at IBM including z/OS Systems Build, z/OS Release Manager, z Systems Firmware Manager, Customer Satisfaction and University Alliances. She currently leads the IBM z Systems Academic Initiative enabling universities around the world teach Enterprise Systems to students IBM clients are looking to hire. The IBM Academic Initiative provides curriculum and access to system resources to universities and then helps aid students in finding positions with our IBM clients.
